Our Guarantee

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for eligible items. If something is wrong with your order, we will always find a resolution.

Because our products are cosmetics that come into contact with skin, we can only accept returns under specific conditions listed below. This is to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Eligible for Return / Refund

You received the wrong product (wrong shade, wrong item)
Product arrived damaged, broken, or with a broken seal
Product is defective — separating formula, crumbling bullet, faulty applicator
Your order was lost in transit and was never delivered
You were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong amount)

In all eligible cases, we will offer either a full replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Not Eligible for Return

Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
Products purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
Change of mind or incorrect shade selected by the customer
Allergic reactions — we recommend patch-testing before full use

How to Request a Return

Contact Us Within 7 Days

WhatsApp or message us at +8801570249993 within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and describe the issue.

Send Photos or Video

We will ask for clear photos or a short video of the product and packaging. This helps us assess the issue quickly and process your request faster.

We Review & Approve

Our team reviews your request within 1 business day and confirms whether it is eligible. We will inform you of the next steps via WhatsApp.

Replacement or Refund

For replacements, we dispatch within 1–2 business days at no extra shipping cost. For refunds, payment is reversed within 3–5 business days depending on your payment method.

Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the original order wherever possible. For COD orders, we will ask for your bKash or Nagad number.

Shade Exchange

We understand choosing a shade online can be tricky. If you received the right product but it's not quite the right shade for you, we offer a one-time shade exchange for unopened, sealed products within 7 days of delivery.

The customer covers the return shipping cost (৳60–110). We will dispatch the replacement shade at no additional product charge.
