We deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. The free delivery threshold may change during promotional periods — check the announcement bar on our homepage.

Delivery Timeline

Remote districts3 – 5 business days

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Saturday – Thursday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Fridays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during public holidays, Eid, or adverse weather conditions. We will notify you of any delays via WhatsApp or phone.

Courier Partner

We currently ship with Steadfast Courier, one of Bangladesh's most reliable e-commerce logistics partners. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code via SMS/WhatsApp.

You can track your order anytime on our Track Order page using your order number and registered phone number.

Order Processing

After placing your order, you will receive a WhatsApp confirmation within 30 minutes during business hours (Saturday – Thursday, 10 AM – 8 PM).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may call to confirm your order before dispatching. Please keep your phone reachable after placing the order.

For bKash / Nagad / Rocket prepaid orders, processing begins immediately upon payment confirmation.

Packaging

Every YEAMINÕ order is packed with care in our signature gift-ready packaging — a rigid mailer box with tissue wrap and a hand-written thank-you note. Orders of 2+ items include a complimentary ribbon tie.

We use eco-friendly materials wherever possible. Our outer mailers are made from recycled kraft paper.
